Shylla Webb

Shylla Webb is committed to educating students, teachers, leaders, and the community on social, emotional, and mental well-being. She holds an M.S. in Special Education, a B.E.S in Education, and a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Shylla has been an educator for the past 22 years, serving the roles of a paraprofessional, special education teacher, and special education coordinator within public and private schools serving students pre-kindergarten through grade 12. While she has spent the majority of her career working with students with Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), she has also served various leadership roles in the areas of Multi-tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). Shylla is driven to help members at all levels of public education to overcome barriers that impact their ability to succeed.

Holly Bode

Holly has her Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in Corrections with a minor in Sociology. She loves helping and working with people and listening to their stories. After working in the human services and real estate field, she took some time off to be at home with her four children and has rejoined the working world to be a part of Inner Matter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Lockee

As someone that has been both a teacher and a student, Ryan loves to learn. He is constantly reading or listening to something, much of which is on personal development and neuroscience. He taught English in Seoul, South Korea, and spent five years as an elementary teacher in San Francisco, CA. Ryan has a daily meditation practice, a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and has a great interest in the fulfillment and development of our students and teachers. In 2020 he wrote a book on social-emotional learning and developing a growth mindset for middle school and high school students, titled, Wisdom Beyond the Classroom. Ryan obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Bellevue University and his Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.
